Note to Customers of our 200g Refill Bag:
The refill bag is back due to popular demand. Apologies to all our customers who have been unable to get there hands on a refill bag – unfortunately we are still having logistical problems receiving our normal Guayusa. We’ve managed to acquire this Guayusa from another supplier. This Guayusa is greener than our normal type – you may even prefer it – let us know you opinions!
Please note, the quantity has been reduced from 200g to 150g. This is not because we are stingy. The truth is that this Guayusa is somehow less dense than our normal variety (you read that right!). 200g of this Guayusa takes up a whole lot more space in the packaging. This is a problem because we specifically measure quantities to be the largest possible that can still be delivered as a ‘large letter’ as defined by royal mail and other delivery services. This keeps our costs down, so we can pass the savings onto you. We have fairly reduced the cost to reflect the change.
Despite that, or because of it, we can still proudly claim to sell the best value Guayusa in the UK!
Storage:
Once received please store the Guayusa in an airtight container away from light to preserve the delicious taste.

How to brew the perfect Guayusa:
Step 1: Inspect the Guayusa. You should find plenty of stems (they have most of the nutrients I’d have you know, they also add to the astringency, which is an important quality in a good tea.)
Step 2: Rinse 5g of Guayusa briefly in cold water. Not necessary, but recommended or a smooth brew.
Step 3: Brew in freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes to taste.
Step 4: Drink
Step 5: Re-use the leaves up to 2 more times throughout the day.
Also perfect for making iced teas on a hot day. Try this quick recipe:
